Important Update: New 2026 Pricing & Two New Service Options

As we wrap up 2025, we want to thank you for an incredible year. Briance has grown tremendously over the past 12, and we’re truly grateful for your trust and support! 🤗

While we appreciate this growth, inflation hasn’t been as kind. To continue offering the quality and reliability you expect, we reviewed our service menu and pricing for 2026. The updated rates will take effect on January 1st, 2026.

Hang on! We’re excited to introduce two brand-new service offers designed to give you more flexibility and help you stay within your preferred budget:

New 3.5-Hour Service
‍A perfect middle ground for those who feel a 3-hour clean isn’t quite enough, but 4 hours is too much. More comfort, still budget-friendly.

New 2-Hour High-Frequency Service — Starting at $99
A new high-frequency option designed to keep your home consistently maintained at a lower cost. Many biweekly clients may find this offers a similar monthly budget with more frequent care.

Regardless of duration, our commitment is the same: we always do as much as possible during your clean, with full transparency on the time each service requires.

If you’d like to switch your service duration or frequency, or if you’re interested in trying the new 2-hour or 3.5-hour options, just let us know. Changes will take effect starting January 1st.
